We do not provide refunds after the product is shipped, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read product description before making a purchase.

Warranty Claims

PRODUCT:
Each product we sell comes with its own Warranty and Conditions supplied by the Manufacture/Supplier of the product. In the unlikely event of a faulty product , please email your concerns or give us a call. We will come out to inspect the product and if required, contact the Manufactures Representative to arrange a further consultation. We will endeavour at every point to address your concerns promptly and respectfully.

INSTALLATION:
We warranty all our installations for a period of 36mths, with free service calls if required.
